Standard stocked product in new condition may be returned up to 60 days after the original purchase date. A 20% restocking fee will be applied. Call for an RMA number and be sure the product is packaged well for the return shipment. If goods arrive damaged, we will not be able to give credit for the return.
Prepayment is required for product lasered with your logo.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on products built specifically for you. Since these items are custom, they are non-returnable.

The shipping department works Monday-Thursday and a half day on Friday. Any time-sensitive orders that need to ship on Friday must be in by 11:30 AM.
Any communication concerning expedited shipping must be done in writing (e-mail). If you want to add expediting or cancel it on an open order, we need to have it in writing.
If there are issues with a shipment, you need to contact us within 14 days of receiving the shipment. After that, we will not be able to file freight claims or replace missing parts. When you ship on your account, you are responsible for filing the shipping claims.
A $12.50 handling fee will be added to orders less than $250.00. Pricing for our products is structured for bulk sales. The cost of processing an order including entering, picking, packing materials and invoicing is more than $70.00. Many companies will not allow orders under a minimum amount. As a service to our customers, we accept small orders, but must charge a nominal handling fee to help offset the expense.
The Light Source may collect information about you via our website, orders, and dealer applications. We do not ever sell this information to other companies. This information is used by The Light Source for contacting customers, fulfilling orders, e-mail notifications and messages.
